BuildHERng

Founded by Olajumoke Akinwunmi, BuildHERng is a non-profit dedicated to increasing the representation of women within the built environment. Addressing gaps in visibility, access, and opportunity, the organization focuses on creating pathways for women through education, exposure, and professional networks.

Thompsn Forge partnered with BuildHERng to deliver a comprehensive scope, including brand strategy, brand guidelines, social media management, and organizational structuring. We also led the planning and execution of their panel at AIHS 2025, She Builds Africa: Reimagining Housing Through a Gendered Lens, managing event coordination, PR materials, and overall experience delivery.
